About the role
Quest EPC is hiring a 3D Designer to prepare detailed models and drawings for oilfield equipment facilities. This remote, full-time role involves designing mechanical, vessel, and piping layouts from P&IDs and collaborating with engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Prepare detailed models and drawings for oilfield equipment facilities
Design mechanical, vessel, and piping layouts to specifications
Coordinate with engineers and other departments to ensure accurate drawings
Model complex piping systems
Design based off P&ID
Support engineering with accurate drafting and designs
What you’ll need
Oil & Gas industry drafting experience with piping, skids, ASME Code, vessels, and/or heater systems
Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software
Ability to design based off P&ID and model complex piping systems
Strong mechanical design approach and collaborative teamwork
High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or CAD certification with suitable experience may be substituted
Three years of experience in 3D designing required
