About the role

Supports Pfizer CentreOne's inside sales and marketing teams by following up on marketing-qualified leads, executing outreach sequences, and assisting with marketing projects. Provides hands-on experience across marketing, inside sales, and business development in a global CDMO environment.

What you’ll do

Monitor and route marketing-qualified leads in Salesforce daily
Execute personalized outreach sequences within target timelines
Log outreach touches and lead dispositions in Salesforce
Support marketing projects, campaign tracking, and content preparation
Coordinate meeting materials and follow-up for BD and Marketing teams
Learn PC1's business model and support lead generation and commercial engagement

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 0+ years experience; OR associate's degree with 4 years; OR high school diploma with 6 years
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM/marketing automation platform
Background in B2B sales development, inside sales, demand generation, or digital marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet response-time targets
Comfort with outbound outreach and direct prospect engagement
