About the role
Insulet Corporation is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Digital Customer Experience team, owning the roadmap and lifecycle of customer-facing web products that support people with diabetes. This role combines product strategy, technical understanding, and team leadership to deliver global, customer-focused digital experiences.
What you’ll do
Develop new products and optimize existing capabilities across the customer journey
Lead the digital customer experience roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle
Partner cross-functionally to deliver global, customer-focused website experiences
Translate customer insight into product vision and lead execution
Translate business cases into a roadmap informed by technical constraints
Guide high-performance teams and drive accountability, strategy, and collaboration
What you’ll need
8+ years in a Product Management position
5+ years leading customer-facing websites, web platforms, portals, or digital experience products
Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field
Experience developing and commercializing digital products
Experience with enterprise CMS, digital experience platforms, web analytics, SEO, accessibility, experimentation, and conversion optimization
Experience leading end-to-end product management
