About the role
Virtual Peaker seeks a Manager of Client Implementation to lead the deployment of clean energy programs and products for utility clients, overseeing a team, driving KPIs, and refining implementation processes in a fully remote environment.
What you’ll do
Support end-to-end implementation of program launches and expansions for clients.
Serve as a point of escalation during implementation and build trusted relationships.
Manage and mentor a team of implementation staff, setting expectations and providing feedback.
Improve implementation processes and documentation.
Own implementation KPIs.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned to contribute to company success.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of professional experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or technical project management.
Experience in program development and management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Understanding of utilities, clean energy, grid modernization, and DERs.
Strong organizational skills including project management, process design, and cross-functional coordination.
Ability to travel as needed.
