About the role
Ethos Risk Services seeks a Technical Product Owner to own product requirements in an AI-first, spec-driven environment, partnering with the Product Director and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions across the Agile lifecycle.

Partner with the Product Director and cross-functional teams
Support delivery across the Agile lifecycle
Maintain product clarity and readiness in sprints
Guide products leveraging cloud services and agentic AI
What you’ll need
Minimum 4+ years translating business needs into product requirements and scalable solutions
Minimum 3+ years in an Agile/Scrum environment with backlog refinement and sprint planning
Minimum 4+ years working closely with software development teams
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or similar
Experience using Kiro for spec-driven development
Prior experience with AWS-based cloud solutions and AI capabilities
