About the role

What you’ll do
Lead customers' managed services engagements for NetSuite and Crafted ERP

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a related field
6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in full-lifecycle implementations, managed services, or consulting
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including financials, inventory, and manufacturing
Solid project management and delegation skills across multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams
Ability to lead workshops, gather and document requirements, and create solutions for complex business needs
