About the role

What you’ll do
Design and guide implementation of custom AI-enabled solutions for enterprise workflows
Lead AI architecture and integration across platform and product teams
Advise Product Owners and stakeholders on design decisions and tradeoffs
Establish responsible AI practices and engineering standards
Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical solutions
Mentor engineers and influence technical practices across the team
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
Senior-level software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems
Strong proficiency in Python building backend services and APIs
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Experience integrating SQL-based systems and modern data platforms
Authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of employment
