What you’ll do
Lead strategy, growth, client relationships, and commercial performance for the Eli Lilly portfolio

Turn complex client needs into clear priorities across multiple brands
Champion integrated creative while respecting accuracy and medical, legal, and regulatory review requirements
Manage scopes, staffing, profitability, and forecasting in partnership with Program Management
What you’ll need
12+ years in an agency or communications-related industry
Proven success leading a multi-brand portfolio with $6M–$10M+ annual agency revenue
Ability to advise VP- and SVP-level marketing clients and make consequential business decisions
Experience managing and developing senior account or Business Leadership talent
Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated brands and medical, legal, and regulatory review
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
