What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Management consulting or business-process consulting experience required
Demonstrated structured problem-solving and client-facing rigor
Comfort owning an ambiguous engagement end to end
Business-process analysis and systems-thinking capability
Power-user instincts with track record of automating work (spreadsheets, macros, VBA, low-code tools)
