About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Systems
5+ years leading reporting transformation and automation initiatives in banking, insurance, or financial services
Strong working knowledge of Oracle configuration, business rules management, GAAP/STAT/BRR/BHC reporting, financial controls and audit requirements, and risk/compliance/regulatory frameworks
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP General Ledger and Snowflake for financial reporting and automation
US military experience gained through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
