About the role

What you’ll do
Lead customer-facing technical discovery and solution design
Manage and mentor the Solution Architect team
Own strategic customer engagements for production AI deployments
Ensure production AI performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering for customer POCs
Run and support benchmarks for ML inference deployments
What you’ll need
4+ years of professional Solution Architecture/Solutions Engineering experience with 1+ year in leadership
Strong customer-facing communication and structured discovery skills
Technical depth to scope solutions without writing production code
Ability to script and prototype, including comfort with vibe coding
Experience running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference
Familiarity with infrastructure tradeoffs for inference performance and cost
