About the role
Support wholesale sales operations for multiple fashion brands, coordinating retailer documentation, reporting, and daily processes while partnering with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Coordinate sales projects and retailer documentation
Prepare and manage product setup forms, assortment templates, and pricing templates
Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Logistics
Manage seasonal assortment updates and line sheets
Support wholesale account operations and market processes
What you’ll need
3-5+ years in sales operations or wholesale support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Hands-on experience with NuORDER (line sheets, product setup)
Strong understanding of retail math (margins, markups, sell-through)
Experience with retailer-specific product setup and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
