What you’ll do
Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trade, and salaried mill positions
Support onboarding and new-hire retention
Answer employee questions
Maintain HR recordkeeping
Recruit by phone, in person, and at events
Ensure compliance with hiring-related employment laws
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting
Experience with an ATS and HRIS
Working knowledge of hiring-related employment law (Title VII, ADA, FLSA, EEO recordkeeping)
Strong communication skills by phone, in person, and at events
Sound judgment and strict confidentiality
