What you’ll need
10+ years of experience in organizational change management with a track record leading enterprise change initiatives
Experience overseeing or coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, programs, or client engagements
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience or training with M365 Copilot, agentic AI, or related AI-enabled business transformation
Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with executives and translate strategy into practical plans
Experience scoping and proposing change management initiatives with strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
