About the role
The Founder's Associate will work closely with the Founder, engineers, and designers to define, build, launch, and improve digital financial products, using AI to make finance smarter, more accessible, and safer. The role requires strong technical judgment, product ownership, and comfort moving fast with incomplete information.

Work closely with the Founder, engineers, and designers to define and launch digital financial products
Turn unclear problems into clear product decisions
Talk to users and look at data to guide product decisions
Take ownership from idea to result
Challenge engineers and be challenged on engineering trade-offs
Do whatever is needed to ship a great product
What you’ll need
Strong technical background; engineering or computer science experience preferred
Able to understand software architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering trade-offs
Able to prototype, use technical tools, and use AI to build and test ideas
Experience building and launching digital products
Strong product judgment and attention to detail
Experience in consumer technology, fintech, AI, or financial products is a plus
