What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, performance management, and recruiting
3+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services
Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, or other legal professionals
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, HR management platforms, and HR reporting
