What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
8+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and lean principles
Experience working and coaching in an agile environment
Strong leadership, mentoring, facilitation, and collaboration skills for remote, multicultural teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
