About the role

What you’ll do
Guide clients, Introducing Brokers, and internal teams through account opening and maintenance workflows
Review and track onboarding requests for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items
Manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups within expected timelines
Deliver client-focused service in a fast-paced environment
Escalate questions or issues when additional review is needed
What you’ll need
1–3+ years in client services, operations, financial services, onboarding support, or related customer support
Strong client service mindset with clear, professional, and responsive communication
Strong attention to detail with ability to review information and spot inconsistencies
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and requests while staying organized
Experience in brokerage, FCM, institutional, banking, wealth management, payments, or regulated financial services environments
Familiarity with KYC, AML, CIP, customer documentation, or account opening requirements; Bachelor's degree preferred
