What you’ll do

• Lead projects and complex workstreams for energy-efficiency initiatives
• Support the software development lifecycle
• Translate business needs and system data into technology solutions
• Lead requirements and process-improvement activities with stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients
• Prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines
• Communicate technical concepts to business audiences and business needs to technical teams

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting data-driven or technical systems
• 2+ years prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals and deadlines
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
• Authorized to work in the United States (no new H-1B visa sponsorship)
• Experience with utility, energy, demand response, or energy efficiency sectors
