About the role

What you’ll do
Lead complex enterprise and mid-market client engagements from scoping through launch and optimization
Advise stakeholders and guide technical integrations
Establish delivery standards and improve delivery processes
Independently lead client calls and kickoffs as primary point of contact
Own multi-stakeholder delivery across business units
Craft tailored solutions across multiple products
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience with strategic customers on technology solutions in customer-facing consulting or delivery roles
Proven ownership of complex enterprise and mid-market engagements
Strong working knowledge of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to any audience
Exceptional project management, critical thinking, and risk management skills
Prior experience in payments or fintech related technologies
SQL skills and program knowledge: Postman, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce
