About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide domain expertise in AWS analytics and AI services
• Design and review technical architectures for customers
• Support customer adoption of AWS services
• Share insights with AWS product teams and technical communities
• Help customers address complex business and technical challenges
• Engage with end user and developer communities

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
• 10+ years in IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 5+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking
• Experience working with end user or developer communities and knowledge of open table formats, especially Iceberg
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL, databases, visualizations, analytical platforms, and data foundation principles for agentic systems
