About the role
OTR Solutions is hiring a Product Owner to own delivery of the Epay broker payment and audit platform, managing backlog quality and prioritization while coordinating with engineering, design, and operations to deliver platform improvements.
What you’ll do
Own day-to-day delivery of the Epay broker payment and audit platform
Manage backlog quality and prioritization
Translate stakeholder needs into testable requirements
Coordinate with engineering, QA, design, operations, and business stakeholders
Deliver platform improvements
Balance speed, quality, and user impact when making daily tradeoffs
What you’ll need
4–7 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
Hands-on Agile experience with backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, requirements definition, and SDLC
Exceptional user story and acceptance criteria writing, including UI/UX feature support
Familiarity with TMS platforms such as Turvo, TAI, Revenova, or McLeod and load lifecycle processes
Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations, plus basic data analysis and reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder management with experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools
