What you’ll do
Coordinate sourcing and screening for home office and field sales roles
Support interviewing and interview scheduling
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities
Help deliver a positive candidate experience
Ensure hiring processes are efficient and compliant
Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment in recruiting coordination
What you’ll need
Minimum two years of relevant recruiting, coordination, or HR experience preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
