What you’ll do
Lead the enterprise Regal Rexnord Business System strategy, governance, scaling, and transformation across business segments and functions
Oversee strategy deployment, digital and AI-enabled lean processes, capability building, performance management, and enterprise continuous improvement
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree such as MS Engineering or MBA preferred
15-20 years of progressive experience across Continuous Improvement, Operations, and General Management, including multi-site or enterprise-level transformation
Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise business system or operating model, including framework, maturity model, and governance
Deep Strategy Deployment and Hoshin Kanri expertise with proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Experience using digital tools, analytics platforms, and AI to automate or accelerate lean and daily management processes
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a Gemba bias and ability to lead change in a global matrixed organization
