About the role

What you’ll do
Lead software engineering teams building healthcare analytics solutions
Partner with business stakeholders on application priorities and roadmaps
Ensure applications are scalable, performant, and maintainable
Champion adoption of AI-enabled development tooling to improve engineering velocity, code quality, and developer experience
Build diverse technical teams, promote a collaborative culture, and support career growth
Work in an agile environment and challenge the team to improve ways of working
What you’ll need
7+ years of software development experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and/or Golang
3-5+ years in an engineering manager role leading a team of at least 10 engineers
Experience with Agile SDLC methodology, Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience building scalable, user-friendly web applications with code quality, continuous delivery, and automated testing
Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
