About the role
Fidelity's Financial Solutions team is hiring a Senior Associate to translate research into financial planning and investment solutions, including quantitative models and tools for customers and advisors. What you’ll do
Translate research into financial planning and investment solutions
Develop and maintain quantitative models in Python and Excel
Build quantitative models, tools, and experiences for customers and financial advisors
Collaborate with financial planning, investments, technology, and product teams
Apply generative AI to research, prototyping, and workflow automation
Work independently while leveraging guidance and feedback from experienced team members
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, quantitative analysis, financial planning, data science, or a related field
Bachelor's or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to work independently and communicate complex concepts clearly
Strong interest in financial planning and helping people achieve their financial goals
Knowledge of U.S. personal income tax, tax planning, and tax strategies
Willingness to pursue CFP certification if not currently holding a CFP designation
