About the role
LPL Financial is seeking an AVP to lead the enterprise AI Governance Program, overseeing AI use case governance, risk assessments, policies, and committee operations, coordinating across business and control functions.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day execution and administration of the enterprise AI Governance Program
Oversee AI use case governance throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate risk reviews, policies, committees, and inventory
Develop and maintain governance reporting and metrics
Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Drive program improvements and maturity initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, IT, Data, Law, Compliance, Public Policy, or related discipline
5-8+ years of progressive experience in governance, risk, compliance, or related discipline in financial services
Recent experience within an enterprise AI Governance program
Strong process management and program execution capabilities
Experience coordinating complex risk assessments across stakeholders
Knowledge of governance, risk, and control principles
