What you’ll do
Lead and coordinate Business Analysts across multiple teams or workstreams
Establish consistent requirements practices and review BA deliverables
Ensure requirements are ready for development and testing
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and requirements elicitation sessions
Support delivery documentation and client-facing formal deliverables
What you’ll need
8+ years of Business Analyst experience in application development, digital transformation, or system modernization
Demonstrated Lead Business Analyst experience on large, complex programs
5+ years in mature Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship by ICF
