About the role
IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and operate hybrid infrastructure platform services, emphasizing automation, CI/CD, observability, security, and mentoring.
What you’ll do
Design, implement, and operate infrastructure solutions across a hybrid environment
Build and manage reliable platform services including CI/CD, automation, and observability
Lead infrastructure projects from design through deployment
Provide technical guidance to external vendors and partners
Create and update technical documentation, standards, and procedures
Mentor and support junior engineers
What you’ll need
Deep expertise in Active Directory, PKI, IPAM, backup, Nutanix, Windows, and Linux OS
Expertise in end-to-end automation and PowerShell/scripting languages
Experience with Windows and Linux (RHEL) golden image automation and orchestration tools
Knowledge of enterprise storage, backup (Veeam), virtualization, hyper-converged systems, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience evaluating and integrating AI-driven tools into IT infrastructure workflows
Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and mentor engineers, with excellent communication and documentation skills
