About the role
Invariant Corporation is hiring a Program Manager to lead a complex Department of War weapons development contract from start through delivery, with accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, subcontractors, and customer satisfaction. What you’ll do
Lead execution of a complex Department of War weapons development contract from program start through delivery
Own program performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, customer satisfaction, subcontractors, and contractual compliance
Build and execute integrated program plans and drive accountability across multiple organizations
Manage subcontractor performance, deliverables, and issue resolution
Translate technical complexity into actionable program direction for internal and external stakeholders
Brief senior government and executive leadership on program status
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field
Active Secret Clearance and proof of U.S. Citizenship
Demonstrated success leading complex DoW development programs involving hardware, software, integration, and test
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance simultaneously
Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, finance, and quality
Experience with multiple contract types and regulations (FAR 15, 16, OT, CPFF, FFP, T&M)
