About the role

What you’ll do

• Manage projects and provide day-to-day operational support for Mutual Fund Operations
• Partner with Technology and business teams to resolve production issues
• Implement process changes, manage risk, and improve efficiency
• Plan and manage project work assignments within desired cost, time, and quality parameters
• Plan, identify, monitor, analyze, and prioritize risks; create response plans and manage risk
• Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, and disposition of project information

What you’ll need

• Working knowledge of mutual fund operations teams, processes, functions, and supporting applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and gap identification
• Ability to translate business needs for Technology and technical constraints for business partners
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
• SIE and Series 99 required or ability to obtain within 120 days as required by FINRA, unless an exemption or grandfathering applies
• High school diploma completed; general experience of 7 to 12 months
