What you’ll do
Develops and maintains consistent staffing models and workforce analytics
Creates workflows and data collection tools for work and staffing analysis
Evaluates organizational structure, supporting processes, and staffing for effectiveness
Conducts workforce impact analysis and cost/benefit assessments with stakeholders
Identifies improvements in systems and processes to streamline and reduce costs
Leads committees and represents unit on various projects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field
Seven years of progressive responsibility in operations management, analytics, and workflow design
Two years in an insurance organization
Excellent spreadsheet and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and project management ability
Knowledge of enterprise operations and workflows
