New York Life is seeking a Senior Associate SAP HR Technology Analyst to support HR technology delivery by partnering with business and technology teams on requirements, integrations, testing, reporting, and emerging AI capabilities.
What you’ll do
Support delivery of technology solutions across HR platforms
Analyze business and system requirements
Partner with business and technology teams
Support HR systems, integrations, and reporting
Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
Support emerging AI capabilities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
1-4 years of professional experience in technology analysis, HR technology, data analysis, or software delivery
Foundational understanding of business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, integrations, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
Exposure to or interest in SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, ECP, CPI, and related HR technologies
Basic understanding of testing methodologies, test cases, defect management, SIT, and UAT
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
