What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end process optimization and transformation initiatives
Support waste reduction, supply chain and inventory optimization, and analytics/reporting
Apply project/program management methodologies to manage scope, milestones, risks, and outcomes
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements
What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain operations, S&OP, data analytics, or transformation leadership
Experience applying methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, stage-gate, or hybrid delivery models
Experience analyzing business and system processes and designing future-state processes
Passion for using data, analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
Experience applying Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving techniques
Strong business acumen in CPG, QSR, retail, or supply chain
