About the role
Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its remote US Knowledge Graph team, where the role focuses on designing experiences that help users see relationships across systems, resolve incidents faster, and translate research into clear, role-driven interfaces in close collaboration with product, engineering, and design.
What you’ll do
Design experiences for Grafana Cloud's Knowledge Graph that help users understand relationships across systems
Enable users to resolve incidents faster through intuitive interfaces
Translate research into clear, role-driven interfaces
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams across multiple locations
Balance business goals, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations in design decisions
Iteratively ship and evolve products while maintaining the end design vision
What you’ll need
7+ years of relevant design experience on B2B/enterprise software, ideally for developer or highly technical users
Portfolio of effective designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced environment
Experience running qualitative research in complex fields and building empathy with users
Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces with a focus on clarity
Domain knowledge in observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring
Strong proactive remote communication, collaboration, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
