What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with engineering or technical roles
Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, systems, software, or similar)
Strong organizational and project management skills for running multiple high-priority searches concurrently
Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and senior hiring partners
Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export control license
