About the role
Designs and delivers learning solutions for employees across onboarding, compliance, operations, systems, products, services, and professional development. Assesses learning needs, evaluates effectiveness with metrics, and supports organizational change.
What you’ll do
Assess learning needs across the organization
Design and deliver learning solutions in multiple formats
Develop resources for onboarding, compliance, operations, systems, and professional development
Evaluate learning effectiveness using business metrics and KPIs
Support organizational change initiatives
Maintain learning records and LMS activities
What you’ll need
3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or instructional design
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, HR, Business, or equivalent
Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting practices
Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate business processes into learning solutions
Experience using business metrics or KPIs to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and ability to manage multiple projects
