What you’ll need
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting with strong focus on GTM and sales roles
Track record hiring account executives, sales engineers, SDRs/BDRs, and sales leadership at tech companies
Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and passive candidate outreach
Experience working directly with sales leaders and managing multiple requisitions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfort with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting
Located in the United States; experience with B2B tech, SaaS, semiconductor/hardware, or agency/RPO preferred
