About the role
Housecall Pro seeks an Applied AI product expert to lead the development of AI-powered experiences for home service professionals, owning product direction from discovery to launch across conversational AI, intelligent agents, and shared AI capabilities.
What you’ll do
Own product direction and delivery for conversational AI, intelligent agents, and shared AI capabilities
Drive products from discovery and prototyping through launch, measurement, and improvement
Collaborate closely with Engineering on integrations and technical tradeoffs
Influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
Translate customer insights and product data into measurable business outcomes
Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and execution efficiency
What you’ll need
Experience owning and delivering complex, customer-facing software products
Demonstrated experience developing and shipping AI-powered products
Experience developing configurable products or reusable capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
