About the role
DTCC seeks a Product Owner Senior Associate to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, leading observability and migration product backlog management. The role coordinates with engineering, SRE, cloud, and architecture teams to define observability standards and deliver technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Manage product backlog for observability and migration initiatives
Gather and validate requirements from business and technical stakeholders
Coordinate across engineering, SRE, cloud, and architecture teams
Define application observability standards from reactive and proactive perspectives
Create detailed technical documentation, process maps, and flowcharts
Bridge communication between business and technical teams
What you’ll need
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Experience implementing observability or monitoring/alerting
Deep understanding of Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace
Strong understanding of software development, technical architecture, infrastructure, and cloud
Ability to articulate how application observability is defined
Proficiency in technical documentation and attention to detail
