About the role
Lead the transformation of Quince's onsite search from a keyword utility into an intelligent, personalized discovery engine, leveraging data science, ML, and semantic search technologies to drive measurable business impact.
What you’ll do
Improve current search platform and data/experimentation capabilities
Lead evolution toward semantic, AI-powered search and personalized experiences
Drive personalization initiatives including customer-specific ranking and context-aware search
Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams as connective tissue
Define roadmaps and prioritize tradeoffs for high-quality product experiences
Translate data insights and experiments into product decisions
What you’ll need
10+ years of PM experience, 7+ with data science/ML/search teams
Proven track record shipping and scaling data science or search products
Expertise in experimentation (A/B testing, statistical methods, KPI definition)
Knowledge of ML productization and search technologies (e.g., Algolia, Elasticsearch)
Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
Hands-on experience with semantic search, LLM agents, and personalization
