About the role

What you’ll do
Own vision, roadmap, and delivery of workload failure attribution

Translate operational requirements from senior technical customers into product decisions
Manage contributor engagement on GitHub for open-source infrastructure projects
Develop structured diagnostics and attribution output for AI infrastructure
Drive technical depth on GPU failure modes and distributed training failure patterns
What you’ll need
12+ years total experience with 5+ in product management, solutions architecture, software engineering, or SRE
Understanding of distributed training failure patterns and telemetry systems
Former SRE or infra engineer on GPU clusters
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
