What you’ll need
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience administering or configuring Jira, preferably Atlassian Cloud
Working knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, and how they interact across projects
Ability to write JQL for filters, boards, and dashboards
Exposure to Jira Automation and Confluence administration
Experience with Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, or Atlassian certification preferred
