About the role
CriticalRiver is hiring a Senior AI/ML Architect to lead LLM training, fine-tuning, and production deployment. The role focuses on building scalable MLOps and inference infrastructure with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and GPU-based model serving.
What you’ll do
Lead LLM training, fine-tuning, deployment, and hosting
Manage end-to-end ML/LLM lifecycle from training to production
Build production-grade MLOps and inference systems
Build automated pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and retraining
Deploy and host LLMs on AWS, Azure, or GCP with GPU infrastructure
What you’ll need
10-15 years overall IT experience
2+ years working with LLMs in production
Strong background in AI/ML engineering, Deep Learning, and GenAI
Proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, cloud deployment, and model hosting
Expertise with GPU infrastructure and model serving (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, TGI; A100, H100, L40S)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases, and CI/CD
